My background spans construction, surveying, drafting, design and remodeling. Over the years, I've worked on projects ranging from residential renovations and commercial interiors to construction layouts, custom plans and visual renderings.
In 2020, I purchased land in Colorado's San Luis Valley and developed a rammed earth cabin project that was featured on DIY Network's Building Off the Grid. I negotiated the television production, designed the cabin, coordinated materials and logistics, assembled the crew, and managed the build from concept through completion. The project remains one of the best examples of my approach to design: creative, practical, and deeply hands-on.
Before that, I spent years in construction surveying, helping lay out major industrial projects throughout Southeast Texas. That technical foundation continues to influence the way I approach planning, drafting, problem-solving, and construction.
Today, my work includes floor plans, renderings, design concepts, remodeling projects and renovation consulting. I particularly enjoy custom tile installation, epoxy countertops that mimic natural stone, and projects that require both creative vision and technical execution. The album below includes some before & afters of furniture and other rehabilitated pieces.
