Branding, Marketing & Creative Direction

For more than two decades I've helped businesses, events and creative projects communicate who they are and why people should care. My work includes logos, websites, billboards, magazine ads, TV campaigns, social media content and creative strategy.

I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and have experience with animation, video content, digital illustration, photography, and website design. Early in my career, I spent four years at the local paper writing stories, copyediting, photographing events, creating advertisements, producing courtroom illustrations and designing the layout of the paper from front to back.

You won't find a traditional gallery on what used to be my "digital portfolio." Much of my digital work has evolved or is no longer in active use. I continue to work with both traditional design software and AI-assisted tools as part of an evolving creative process.

 My focus has always been on ideas, communication, and execution. I do not use AI in my creative writing or paintings. Examples of my work include this website and the brands, events, campaigns, and creative projects built around it.
